The Leadership Cayman programme came to a close on Saturday evening, with the 2016 class members attending a graduation ceremony at the Ritz Carlton.
Chamber Councillor, Gregg Anderson began the ceremony with some opening remarks, and was shortly followed by Ronan O’ Keeffe, the class valedictorian, who delivered a heartfelt speech to the rest of the class.
Programme Coordinator, Trisha Meyerhoff and Chair of the Planning Committee, Martin Ruben then presented the class members with plaques signifying the completion of the programme.
Martin Ruben then delivered some remarks on behalf of the Planning Committee, congratulating the class on their hard work and dedicated efforts throughout the year. The Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the Planning Committee, the Programme’s mentors, the participating public & private sector speakers, and the following corporate sponsors for a fantastic year: Cayman Airways, Cayman First Insurance Company Ltd., Cayman National Bank, Deloitte, Endless Energy, Greenlight Capital RE Ltd., and KPMG.
Applications for the 2017 programme will begin from August 1st 2016.
