Rhulens is a boutique firm that specializes in commercial leasing, investment and land sales, and syndication in Grand Cayman. The firm has recently grown the business to include a residential component offering buyer's brokerage advice and relocation services for our corporate clients.

Rhulens launched in September 2015 and has had significant traction in the market since its inception.

The firm provides landlord representation services and acts as Leasing Agent for numerous buildings in George Town including, but not limited to, Strathvale House, Citrus Grove, One Capital Place, Gilbert House and CIBC Financial Centre. The firm provides Tenant representation services and represents local companies seeking to relocate, renew or restructure existing leases, and assists offshore clients with opening new businesses, moving their existing offices to Cayman or purchasing office premises.

Rhulens acts as a buyer's broker on behalf of purchasers of residential real estate, providing advice on the Seven Mile Beach and canal front neighborhoods. Our fiduciary responsibility is to the buyer with the goal of securing the most advantageous transaction on their behalf.

We offer a concierge style relocation package to corporations that are bringing new employees to island. This comprehensive service enables the employee to arrive on Island and focus on their role while Rhulens handles the logistics.
