Our sister company, the Minerva Academy, also fulfils the objective of facilitating lifestyles by providing training to household staff to develop essential skills. Minerva Academy is a unique, exclusive and professional butler and house management school. We are proud to be the finest and most traditional staff training institute in Cayman. We are equally proud that some of the world’s wealthiest families turn to us for staff training and to consult our knowledgeable team on matters of staff service, etiquette and protocol.
STAFF TRAINING
We offer an extensive range of courses for staff in private households, yachts and aircraft. We reflect British traditions, adapted to a modern Caribbean setting. Our aim is to equip staff with all the skills necessary to support our clients effectively and elegantly.
