WHAT IS THE AIM OF THIS COURSE?

Maintaining harmonious customer relations is just plain good business sense. It is far less costly to maintain an existing customer than to continually work to attract new ones. Your best advertising is through words spoken by your existing customers and suppliers. Maximise your marketing budget and simultaneously reverse customer complaints while cashing in on compliments.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

Participants in this seminar will learn how to diffuse negative emotions from customers. The principles of what not to do when customers are angry, including the three steps to keep your cool when the customer looses theirs, will be covered. Participants will learn how to handle complaints and develop a “can do” attitude that will increase customer satisfaction.

INSTRUCTOR

Rod Waddell is an international consultant in management development, human resources and staff training. He has numerous clients in the Fortune 500 Group in North America as well as more than 20 years experience in the Cayman Islands.

He has conducted seminars and workshops for the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce for more than 12 years. Mr. Waddell has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Central Florida.
