This course, in which participants learn how to perform the role of an appraiser, provides a practical approach to conducting performance appraisals. The course prepares participants to provide continuous and periodic feedback to appraisees.
Participants learn how to ask the right questions, how to help appraisees to set goals, how to motivate them, how to deliver difficult messages and in short how to help appraisees increase their productivity.

- Appraisal documentation and what happens after the appraisal is conducted.
