Event Description:

This one-day course will help supervisory staff learn effective delegation methods.

WHAT IS THE AIM OF THIS COURSE?

Empowerment and delegation can result in greater productivity, higher quality and increased efficiency throughout an organisation. Smart leaders employ delegation to accomplish organisational goals while increasing the competencies and confidence of their staff. The aim of this seminar is to teach managers the proper use of delegation in their firm.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?

You will learn how to clearly establish accountability and authority; identify what you should and should not be delegating to staff members, while developing an empowered organisation. Participants will also learn to establish measurable results when delegating tasks as well as increase the willingness of others to accept new areas of responsibility, while overcoming obstacles.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?

Supervisors and managers in any size organisation, from all levels will benefit from this workshop. Technical support and customer service personnel will also be more effective in their jobs after this seminar.

INSTRUCTOR

Mr. Rod Waddell is an international consultant in management development, human resources and staff training. He has numerous clients in the Fortune 500 Group in North America as well as more than 20 years experience in the Cayman Islands. He has conducted seminars and workshops for the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce for more than 12 years. Mr. Waddell has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Central Florida.

Cancellations must be received in writing 72 hours prior to the course in order to obtain a refund. No shows will be charged the full amount.
