New EU Funding opportunity for SMEs

Are you the owner of an SME (Small to Micro Enterprise) with a brilliant business idea, but without the scientific expertise to bring it to life? Are you an established SME, or business start-up looking for high-level expertise for business expansion?

The European Commission will be selecting up to 90 SMEs and Start-ups with the most innovative ideas and best recruitment plans to benefit from the all-costs-paid expertise of a PhD level researcher from another EU Member State for the duration of one year.

The H2020 SME Innovation Associate is a new pilot action under the EU Research and Innovation Framework Programme 'Horizon 2020' supporting European SMEs and Start-ups to recruit post-doctoral research associates from other countries to explore an innovative business idea.

Deadline for applications is 30 June, 2016
