Commencing in Curacao, COSME launched the first of six Innovation Management workshops on January 30, 2017 The second workshop is scheduled for Curacao on January 31 and February 1, 2017.
Innovation and creativity are intertwined and critical to securing competitive advantages, developing new products and services and streamlining processes. However, best practices in innovation have moved far beyond creative brainstorming. The most consistent and successful innovators don't rely on chance. They have invested in building reliable innovation processes and structures to repeatedly find new opportunities that make sense in terms of value creation.
This training is ideal for BSOs, Government agencies and training institutions as well as innovators, entrepreneurs and management consultants.
The workshop is facilitated by Eng. Leopoldo Colombo, Managing Director of Quara Argentina S.A., who is experienced in many areas of innovation. Mr. Colombo spends two days at each location workshop sharing details about identifying innovation trends, managing processes to implement chosen technology as well required standards and protocols. He uses a variety of teaching methods such as team work activities, case studies and mix theories. Concluding the first workshop with 95% registrations in Curacao, Mr. Colombo stated, “Participation and interaction was strong enabling us to cover a lot of ground in one-day."
Participants were grateful for opportunity stating, “ An excellent review and revision of the scope of innovation.”
