Julise is an Occupational Therapist from South Africa. After her final practical year, she worked for a government hospital and treated a wide variety of diagnoses. She worked within various Hospital Units, getting treatment experience for different patient needs.
In paediatrics she focused on cerebral palsy, autism, developmental delays and early intervention for premature babies and has completed her Introduction to the Clinical Analysis, Treatment and Management of children with Cerebral Palsy Course.
She is skilled in school and developmental evaluations and providing clear reports and goals for her clients.
Within the adult population, she has experience in treating and rehabilitating adults with traumatic brain injuries, stroke, amputees and cognitive impairments. She is also skilled in the fabrication of static and dynamic splinting of various hand injuries.
Julise a very hard worker and loves what she does. Her therapy is patient-directed and she evaluates and treats each client according to their own specific needs.
