The National Workforce Development Agency’s (NWDA) and ICCI were both represented by guest speakers at the most recent Leadership Cayman seminar.
Alongside MLA Winston Connolly, NWDA’s Dr. Tasha Ebanks-Garcia and ICCI President Dr. David Marshall were present to discuss Education & Workforce Development in the Cayman Islands.
Lance Barnes served as mentor for the session, whilst Melanie Ebanks-Jackson and Roz Griffiths served as moderators.
The class began the afternoon with a tour of the Cayman Islands Further Education Centre (CIFEC), before later breaking out into groups for the evening seminar. Mrs. Delores Thompson, CIFEC Director, led the afternoon tour.
