Representatives from the National Workforce Development Agency (NWDA) will host a number of public meetings in Cayman Brac from Wednesday 15 March to Friday 17 March 2017.
NWDA officials will assist with online registration for employers and jobseekers through the National Job Link programme on the following dates and times.
• Wednesday, 15 March, 9 a.m.—5 p.m.
• Thursday, 16 March, 9 a.m.—5 p.m.
• Friday, 17 March, 9 a.m.—2 p.m.
Meanwhile the National Scholarship Programme will hold two local scholarship information sessions at Layman Scott High School Hall, on Thursday 16 March, for students planning a Fall 2017/Spring 2018 start.
The first session for Year 12 / UCCI students and new applicants runs from 6 p.m. – 6. 45 p.m. The second for Year 11 students only is from 7.00pm – 7.30pm. Parents/guardians and new applicants are encouraged to attend.
Finally the National Training Programme will host two workshops.
Word 2010: The Basic in Practice is set for Thursday, 16 March, 10 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.
Starting Your Job Search will take place Friday 17 March 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
