Our most recent training course – ‘Listening Skills’ - assisted attendees with their skills and helped them to develop new, effective techniques.
Listening Skills is part of the Ken Blanchard Leadership Series and the session was facilitated by Xenia Goddard, a Ken Blanchard certified instructor.
