The Cayman Islands Small Business Association (CISBA) would like to invite you to their Small Business Development Centre (SBDC) two-day workshop on July 27 and 28, 2017 at the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort on West Bay Road.
This informative workshop is jointly hosted by COSME and CISBA, in partnership with the Ministry of Commerce, Planning and Infrastructure and the Chamber of Commerce, and aims to provide an outlook on the role of business development in driving entrepreneurship and economic development across the Caribbean. To achieve this, they will look in particular at the SBDC model and how it has been utilized in enhancing the quality of the delivery of business development services, particularly in Jamaica.
A SBDC is the main source of technical and managerial assistance for small businesses that’s used globally. The mission of a SBDC is to promote growth, innovation, productivity, and revenue for small businesses through improvements to their business administration.
The event will begin at 8:30am with an Official Opening and workshop sessions will follow from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with an hour lunch break.
