The regional body of the Caribbean Institute of Certified Management Consultants (CICMC) is holding its annual conference in Curacao on 20-22 September under the theme: Managing Your Practice, Improving Your Product and Partnering for Success.
CICMC are calling all interested persons in the Cayman Islands to attend. Confirmed speakers for the event include:
- The Bahamas' Central Bank Governor, Anthony Ferguson (Financier);
- Hon. Prime Minister of Curacao,;
- Dr. Gail Mathurin (CARICOM Director of Trade Negotiations);
- Pamela Coke-Hamilton (Executive Director - Caribbean Export Development Agency);
- Reema Nasser (Executive Director - ICMCI);
- Nsombi Jaja; and
- Stephen Louis.
The early bird registration for the conference has been extended indefinitely.
There will also be a workshop on 'Principles and Practises of Management Consulting' on Septemer 18-19, and this course can be attended for an additional $100. This course is a pre-requisite for persons who wisk to become Certified Management Consultants. The course usually runs for $900-1,200.
