David Bulley has been ranked as a rising star in the 2018 IFLR1000 guide to the world's leading financial law firms, and notably is the only ranked lawyer in the Cayman Islands to be recognised for Corporate Restructuring and Insolvency.

David has been with Appleby since 2015. His practice focuses on complex restructurings, distressed M&A and acquisition finance for large corporate clients. He has been involved in many of the largest restructuring transactions in both the Cayman Islands and London and has a particular focus and knowledge on restructuring by way of Scheme of Arrangement.
