Caymanian Marilyn Whittaker is the newest member of the Chamber team, having joined the staff at the end of January as Membership Coordinator.
“It’s brilliant to have a Caymanian with Marilyn’s expertise and education join our team, and we look forward to her work in developing relationships with the membership,” said Chamber CEO, Wil Pineau, CCE.
Marilyn has a breadth of experience in a range of different industries and job roles.
She earned a Master of Business Administration Degree in Strategic Management from Plymouth University in the United Kingdom recently, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from the University of Tampa, where she graduated with honours.
Marilyn worked as a journalist at the Cayman Compass for six years, and later became the Manager of Bank Marketing for Cayman National in 2006.
“I am looking forward to developing strategies to enhance the benefits to all members, while building the membership and also acting on their behalf,” said Marilyn.
