Harneys sponsors the Cayman Islands Gaelic Football League

harneyHarneys is excited to announce its sponsorship for the Cayman Islands Gaelic Football Club’s 2019 Ladies’ and Men’s Gaelic Football League. The league which brings together nearly 300 men and women of different nationalities takes place between January and June consists of six men’s teams and four women’s teams participating in 13 days of matches including a tournament on St. Patrick’s Day and a Final’s Day.

The Cayman Islands Gaelic Football Club was founded in 1999 and has become one of the most popular sporting and social clubs in the Cayman Islands over the past 20 years. The Club strives to provide members of various nationalities with the opportunity to learn the Irish sport in a safe and family friendly environment and continues to grow year on year. Shane Martin, Club Chairman for The Cayman Islands Gaelic Football Club said: “We are grateful for Harneys sponsorship this year and look forward to working together on our 2019 league.”
