5th Edition of the “Small Claims Handbook” available for download now

Within the Chamber's 2011 Future of Cayman economic development initiative, under the "Enhance Quality of Life" driver with the objective to promote good governance and justice, there is a Small Claims Handbook (the "Handbook"), produced by the Office of the Complaints Commissioner ("OCC").

The previous (4th, 2010) and the latest (5th, 2015) editions of the Handbook were prepared by Maples and Calder on a pro bono basis at the request of the former Complaints Commissioner, Nicola Williams.

The 5th Edition of the Handbook, which boasts a number of technical and graphical improvements since the previous edition, has gone live and can be downloaded free of charge from the OCC website http://www.occ.ky/publications.

The 4th Edition of the Handbook may now be disgarded as it is now out of date.
