We are all involved in some form of selling and/or promotion in our careers and Joy’s advice resonates across every side of business. Being on top of your own performance brings great success to not only you but to the organisation you work with. I would definitely attend another course!”
The course focused on topics including “What it Takes to Have Your Best Sales Year Ever” by learning the 10 guiding principles for sales success and understanding the core perception of your current and potential clients. The course also focused on the art of persuasion, where attendees learned the 4 distinct buyer types and how to influence their decision, uncover hot buttons to close more sales and utilise better ways to connect with each buyer type by speaking their “language”.
