Established in October 2001 to provide Directorship services to associated companies BCSL Directors Ltd., has recently obtained approval of its own Company Managers License to focus on the offshore market mainly providing a wide range of corporate services, including directorship services to various corporate structures. The recent appointment of Patrick N. Bodden, former Deputy Managing Director of CIMA, TEP, to head up the operation of BCSL Directors has given this member of the Group an opportunity to expand into shipping and aircraft registration, provision of registered office services as well as regulatory consultation services.
