The Water Authority invites Chamber members, guests and Water Authority customers to attend a special Business After Hours to celebrate 25 years of service. The event will take place at the Water Authority Administration Building on Red Gate Road, Thursday 6th November from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Members and guests will learn about the importance of water conservation at the event which is themed “Using Water Wisely.” Doubling as a customer appreciation evening, the event will also be used to officially introduce Water Authority Gift Certificates and the Water Authority’s 25th Anniversary commemorative stamp which was released on October 16th. The National Trust will also participate in the event and will have on hand DVDs of the documentary “The History of Water in the Cayman Islands” for those wishing to obtain a copy for a nominal donation.
Water Authority Director Dr. Gelia Frederick-van Genderen also serves on the Chamber Council. “This is a wonderful opportunity for the Water Authority to celebrate 25 years of service with its customers and show support for the Chamber” said Dr. Frederick-van Genderen. “I encourage all Chamber members to come and network at our Business After Hours as they learn more about the Water Authority.”
