• To equip delegates with the knowledge and confidence to handle and transform workplace conflict into the successful pursuit of organisational goals

• Learn about the various conflict situations which occur in the workplace and methods of most effectively coping with them.
• Learn to develop methods and strategies for problem solving and dealing with conflict situations
• The positive aspects of conflict as an aid to creativity and practice management approaches to handle "unmanageable" dilemmas in the workplace
