Caribbean Publishing Company, publishers of the Cayman Islands Yellow Pages, will host a Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours event on Thursday, November 15th in the Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort’s Orchid Ballroom from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Caribbean Publishing Company, a subsidiary of Global Directories, publishes a business and residential telephone directory for the Cayman Islands and other Caribbean countries. “There are nearly 2,000 businesses included in the Cayman Islands Yellow Pages in over 750 categories and the entire Cayman Islands Telephone Directory is available online” stated Ms. Cecelia Bell, Marketing Manager for the Northern Region. Caribbean Publishing Company has developed a new way to provide access to the popular directory. “We are launching a new product at our Business After Hours which allows the directory content to be accessible from any cell phone that has a web browser” explained Ms. Bell. ” It is a mobile directory application called YP2GO, providing another means to connect buyers and sellers in this market.”
Currently, Caribbean Publishing Company employs over 200 people in the Caribbean with 30 people employed in the Cayman Islands office which is the head office for their directory operations.
