Sherri Bodden Cowan, Chairman of the Immigration Review Team, will present information on:

·         The new Immigration reforms including directives relating to the Financial Services Industry, the new Accreditation System and how it will speed up the processing of key employees.

·         The possibility of the replacement of the current Business Staffing Plan with the new Accreditation System.

·         The new Certificate of Direct Investment reintroduced recently into law by the Premier as well as other initiatives to attract inward investment.

·         The Rollover policy and what the IRT has been doing to look into the possible extension of the period of 7 years or reducing the break in stay to less than 1 year.
