Whether you are a new graduate or a seasoned worker, interviewing for a new job can be extremely stressful. Though a small amount of anticipation can be helpful in keeping you on your toes, too much stress can derail your ability to perform well under pressure. In this workshop we will look at specific ways to minimise interview jitters so that you can prepare yourself mentally for upcoming job interviews and confidently present yourself and your abilities on the day.
