Research shows that our thoughts control all aspects of our lives including: making decisions, our attitude, our behaviour and how we feel on a day to day basis. Understanding this concept and applying it to situations can significantly improve future success in one’s profession, family life, relationships and overall quality of life. During this workshop, we will provide participants with a few key concepts to get them thinking about how they view their world and the world around them and how to make potential changes when viewing a glass 1/2 empty.
