As a leader, everyday you face a number of tough challenges, especially when it comes to effectively managing the people around you. This Shirlaws Coaching Skills Masterclass Series will take you through our most effective coaching methods so you can efficiently communicate in the moment, manage in the moment and increase productivity in the moment. We will be working with each participant one on one to develop and strengthen your coaching skills.

These are opportunities for you to gain both width and depth on Coaching Skills that you can use to drive value in your business on both Commercial and Cultural Levels. In addition, gaining these skills will enable you to leverage them into your personal relationships.

These classes are designed with the first  (Level 1) class driving focused skills for attendees that they can gain immediate value from in their business and for themselves. The second class is for those who have already attended a Level 1 class and are seeking further width and depth to drive even deeper value and return. Areas covered:

• Understand the importance of coaching as a tool in business
• Learn/practice coaching skills and techniques to use any coaching and/or management situation
• Understand how to communicate better communicate across your business
• Learn to successfully lead difficult conversations.
• Develop personal interaction skills to enhance management skills and how to leverage these skills in your personal life
• Learn practical new ways to tackle business challenges 

Both of these classes will be held as full day intensive retreats at the Flow Studio, an oasis in George Town. Flow is a remarkable asset to the Cayman community helping their clients focus on their personal physical self-awareness and development, we are both partners and clients of Flow.

Your investment for either class (NB: Level Two class is only open to those who have attended a Level One class) is CIS$820, or CI$$1,476 if you choose to commit to both investments.
