Event Description:

Today’s work place is filled with a greater diversity of people and problems than ever before. Conflict is a major source of stress for the staff and management alike. Mismanaged Conflict can easily overshadow everything else at work resulting in decreased productivity, raw relationships, loss of business. In short, it wastes energy, time and money.

Each of us has a way of dealing with conflict that minimizes the emotional trauma that we experience. Right or wrong, we typically use the same strategy for many different types of conflict situations. If we use limited ways of resolving conflict then our success will be limited as well. Effectively responding to conflict is an essential skill for staff and managers alike.
