Leading offshore law firm, Mourant, is once again hosting its annual International Trusts & Private Client Conference on Friday 5 October 2018 at the Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa. The full-day conference, now in its eighth year, brings together trust and private wealth specialists from the Cayman Islands, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Conference keynote speaker, Sir Jeffrey Jowell QC will take a critical look at the important constitutional issues arising from the UK Parliament's decision in May this year to impose publicly-accessible registers of companies’ ultimate beneficial owners on the Overseas Territories.
