Fashions Raise Funds for Scholarships

Fashion Forward, a festive fundraiser for teens, recently raised funds to benefit the Business and Professional Women’s (BPW) Corrine Thompson Memorial Scholarship Programme.

Teens from TAYA Lounge (coordinator Natalie Baldwin is a BPW member) hosted this show at Royal Palms; from execution of the event, to modelling high-fashion. Youth from the Synchronized Swimming performed, and the final show was presented by Quintessential Movement.

Prizes were also raffled to guests.

The event’s sponsors and supporters included Penha, MAC, Rock Gorgeous Hair, Burger King, A.L. Thompson’s, Logic and EY. BPW International aims to develop professional and leadership potential for women through mentoring, networking, skill-building, economic empowerment programs, and special projects.
