Council meets with Governor Roper

The Chamber Council met with His Excellency Governor Martyn Roper on 12th December and exchanged views on a range of issues from public safety to the recent talks with UK Parlimentarians in London. It was the first formal meeting between the Council and the Governor since Mr. Roper's arrival in late October. The Governor agreed to hold quarterly meetings with the Council and to serve as the Patron for the Mentoring Cayman programme. The Council also presented the Governor with a copy of the Chamber's Advocacy Agenda and Action Plan, 2018 -2021 and the 2018 Annual Report.
