New ticket office hours & booking procedures

As Cayman Airways continues to adjust its operations for the health and wellness of customers and employees, the airline is advising the travelling public that, effective immediately:

Agents at the Cayman Airways airport counters and at ticket offices on Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac will not be making changes to existing reservations or issuing new tickets. All changes and new ticket purchases must now be done through the Cayman Airways Reservations Call Center, or via local travel professionals.

Ticket office hours on Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac have been reduced to just 10am to 1pm Monday through Friday, and will only be to collect cash payments for transactions already made through the Cayman Airways Reservations Call Center.    

Customers who need to request itinerary changes or to book new tickets are asked to call Cayman Airways Reservations on:

Or 866-759-1372 (toll free in Jamaica)        

Customers are encouraged to book new tickets online at www.caymanairways.com or via a local travel agent, to help alleviate the Reservations Call Center's high call volume at this time.
