Edie’s Décor advisory regarding the COVID-19 Virus

Edie’s Décor is actively monitoring the development of the COVID-19 virus, and closely following the recommendations of the Cayman Islands Government to ensure the well-being of our employees, clients and the wider Cayman community. 
 
Hygiene and Sanitation

We recognize the importance of limiting the impact of the current health concern on our service to our clients. Therefore, routine hand-washing by our employees, sanitizing of the air and frequently touched surfaces and objects in our showrooms will be conducted multiple times a day. We will also ensure that products arriving at our facilities are safe for handling and use. Any staff member exhibiting signs of illness will be asked to stay home. 
 
Social Distancing

In keeping with the recommendations for social distancing, we strongly encourage clients to call-in or email queries to our sales representatives. Payments may be made over the phone or via online banking to our Cayman National Account. Please make an appointment to meet with our team members; however, if you, or someone in your household, are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please refrain from visiting until you are well. 
 
Suspension of Off-Site Services

As news on the local spread of the COVID-19 virus is changing frequently, we have chosen to suspend off-site consultations and installations temporarily. We ask for your understanding as we prioritize the health of our clients, team and community. This policy will be reviewed on Monday, 30th March.

As of today, our hours of operation will remain the same. Your orders are being processed in a timely manner and we will keep you duly informed of any disruptions or delays in receiving goods from our suppliers.
