COVID-19 Measures at Passport & Corporate Services Office

The Passport Office on Elgin Avenue will be closed for walk-ins or pick-ups until further notice.

No applications for visas, waivers or passports will be received at this time unless it’s a medical emergency upon which a medical referral will be needed and contact made by the medical personnel or hospital services.

Persons who received notice that their passports are ready will not be able to pick it up until further notice. Please do not come to the office for collections.

Corporate Services: Companies requiring apostille services can utilize a drop of service between 10am – 12noon and then collect it the next business day at the same time between 10am - 12noon. No express service will be available. Only payments made by cheques will be accepted.

It’s important that the public follow the Public Health Department protocols and regulations stated by the Cayman Islands Government by staying home and practicing social distancing.
