Water Authority office reopens

Water Authority offices reopen today (Monday, 8 June 2020), offering full services. Offices will open Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac. The first hour of business, 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM will be dedicated to the elderly and essential workers.

The government-mandated surname restrictions will apply; customers will be required to wear a mask and use the provided hand sanitiser before entering the building. Additionally, customers must adhere to social distancing, following the floor marking guidance. There will be two lines, one for Cashiering and another for Customer Service, to expedite services.

Protective bio-shields have been installed, and all employees will wear masks to protect the health of customers. The offices have also been deep cleaned and sanitised.

Customers who can conduct business with the Authority electronically are encouraged to continue to do so. These services include contacting the Authority’s Customer Service Team via email at [email protected], calling during opening hours 94WATER and making a payment online by visiting www.waterauthority.ky or via the bank.
