PSA: HSA extends COVID-19 drive through testing on Monday 12th October

Health Services Authority’s COVID-19 Drive Thru Screening from Saturday 10th October at the Cayman Islands Hospital.

The Health Services Authority will offer drive through COVID-19 testing at the Cayman Islands Hospital on Monday 12th October 2020 from 7:00am – 9:30am.

No pre-registration is required. Persons are reminded wear a face mask and to bring a photo ID for anyone getting tested (including children)*.

“Our team tested approximately 500 people on Saturday morning which was an incredible feat in such a short timeframe. Due to high demand we will offer this service again on Monday 12th October,” HSA CEO Ms. Lizzette Yearwood stated.

With such a large number of samples collected, persons tested on Saturday will receive their emailed results by end of day on Sunday 11th.

Drive through testing tents will be located on the main hospital campus near by the MRI/Dialysis parking lot at the main entrance.
Persons requiring testing for travel purposes, are encouraged to book through the HSA’s online booking system www.hsa.ky/appointment.

*If a minor does not have a photo ID, the parent’s photo ID along with the child’s birth certificate will suffice.
