WORC Temporary Suspends the Submission of Police Clearance Certificates for Renewals

Workforce Opportunities & Residency Cayman (WORC) is temporary suspending the submission of Police Clearance Certificates for those applying for Work Permit Renewals.

The suspension will take immediate effect and will continue until 12th November. The RCIPS Business Centre located at Windjammer Plaza on Walkers Road experienced a fire earlier in the week and operations have been severely impacted, including their ability to process applications for Police Clearance Certificates.

The temporary suspensions aim is to help mitigate a mounting backlog of PCC applications while disaster recovery and restorations efforts continue.
