Emergency Closure of Water Authority Offices

As the Cayman Islands Government has issued a Tropical Storm Watch as of 4 p.m. today (Thursday 5 November) and with the approach of severe weather conditions, Water Authority – Cayman would like to advise the public that the offices in Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac will be closed on Friday 6 November. Trucked water deliveries will continue in Cayman Brac, despite the office closure.

Customers are encouraged to utilise online services, such as online payments via our website www.waterauthority.ky, the Customer Web Portal and contacting the Authority’s Customer Service Team via email at [email protected].
