All Post Offices Close at 1pm Today

In view of the flood warning issued, all post offices on all three islands will close to the public at 1pm today (Friday, 6 November 2020). This is to allow staff to secure postal facilities as well as mail and packages.

To protect all mail from potential water damage, at most offices staff will remove any mail in the lower five rows of post office boxes at 1 pm today. At the General Post Office and on the Sister Islands, all mail will be removed at 1 pm today.

The Postal Service will secure this mail to prevent any damage and will place the back in the boxes when the facilities reopen.
